Archaeological Tour with Great Escape

Join Great Escape as it holds an exciting archaeological tour in the north of Lebanon. The tour begins at the Bziza temple is in the middle of the village of Bziza, a very elegant little restored roman temple that was transformed into a church at one time.

The next stop will be Hardine where you will visit the monk “El-Hardini” and continue to the monastic rock cut chambers and up to summit of Hardine with the roman temple. The final stop will be Ain Ikrine in Al-Koura to visit the Roman temples. The Roman sanctuaries of Ain Ikrine are two roman temples that were constructed on a little hill side at the very north western end of the village of Ein Ikrine.
