Online Marathon for Equality

From May 3 to May 15, 2013

Do you believe in the basic human right to bodily integrity? Do you believe in the right to equality whether gay or straight, trans or cis-gender, men or women?

If yes, you are invited to be on the right side of history and join the movement for LGBT [Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, Transgender and Queer] liberation from all forms of oppression in Lebanon.

The concept is simple: write your own thoughts about #LebLGBT and #DekAbuse and publish it on your own blog and email the link, or email what you write/create to raynbow.org@gmail.com for it to be published

Between the May 3 and 15, write your thoughts about homophobia, the Dekwaneh abuse, and the LGBT community in Lebanon, and be part of the marathon to equality in the country.

All the blogs are going to be published on LebIDAHO.com and shared on Lebanese LGBT Media Monitor.

The three submissions that earn the highest “Likes” will each win a dinner for two at Bardo. All three will be published in Barra magazine. Results will be announced by The Monitor on the International Day Against Homophobia & Transphobia (IDAHO) on May 17.
