Cooking Workshop with Shadi Bawab at Tawlet

Join Tawlet as it hosts another workshop by Cook & Eat Lebanese. This time, they’re bringing in Chef Shadi Bawab. The workshop will be divided into two parts: cooking under the instructions of Chef Shadi, and enjoying the platters prepared for dinner.

Through this workshop, you’ll learn how to prepare grilled eggplant stuffed with labneh and vegetables mix, Salmon Tartar with salad, tres de Code served with sauteed vegetables and sauce beurre blanc, and cookies pie filled with fruit salad and ice cream.
