One of the most loved and respected actresses today in Lebanon and the Levant area, Nada Abou Farhat was born on September 1 in Dbayeh, Lebanon.

This young and spirited actress debuted her career with “Al inkilab” (written and directed by Al Rahbany), and “Al Asifa Tahoub Marratayn” (written by Chukri Anis Fakhoury), while still at her first year of Dramatic Arts study.

Having performed for more than 17 years, Nada excelled in many roles in TV series, theater plays, and films under the direction of renowned directors like Raymond Gebara, Nidal al Ashkar, Jawad al Asadi, LinaKhoury, and Philippe Aractingi, among others.

Known for her excellent performances on stage and on TV, Nada’s big break in cinema came in 2007, when she portrayed Zeina in the feature film “Under the Bombs”—for which she won several awards including Best Actress in international film festivals. While in perpetual search for new and challenging roles, she trains constantly with vocal and body exercises.
