Join the German-Lebanese School as it hosts a live performance by Andreas Henkel and Stefan Eder. The duo will be performing Canto Ostinato by Simeon ten Holt.

Andreas Henkel studied at the Musikhochschule in Dresden. He teaches at the Heinrich Schütz Conservatory and is a soloist in many European cities including: Berlin, Munich, Paris, Madrid, Barcelona, Saragossa, Brussels, Sofia, Bologna, Florence and Naples. He has also performed in USA, Japan, Korea, South America and Lebanon. He has made CDs with musicians from the Philharmonic Orchestra in Dresden and the “Dresdner Staatskapelle.”

Stefan Eder was born in 1962 in Munich. He studied piano in Munich and Dresden with Michael Leslie and Professor Arkadi Zenzipér. He graduated in chamber music with Professor Peter Feuchtwanger and Giora Feidman. He performs as a soloist and with chamber music orchestras in Germany and abroad. He specializes in music of the 20th and 21st centuries, especially in contemporary experimental music, Jewish music, minimalist music, Asian music and tango Nuevo. He has recorded many CDs.
