Nostalgia Technique Workshop at Art & Movement Dance Studio

Join the Art & Movement Dance Studio as it hosts a workshop by Maura Morales called “Nostalgia Technique”. Maura has very often used “nostalgia technique” as a vehicle for creation and has been developing it for many years.

In this workshop, dancers, actors, performers and amateurs of stage arts are invited to explore their personal history through movement. They are invited to visit and combine different psychological elements that one usually tends to avoid. It is an exploration of how physical experiences that we remember (or forget) can be transformed into an artistic expression.
