With versatile and flavorful food presented beautifully from the sizeable kitchens of one of the newest catering companies in Lebanon, Cooks & Trays is Emile Razzouk’s new brainchild. An amped up version of a classy dinner for two, Cooks and Trays delivers well executed, meticulously prepared, and delicately flavored food en masse, a feat not many large caterers can easily accomplish.

Introducing boutique catering. Emile came up with the idea of personalizing the catering experience for his valued clients. Do not let the use of the word “boutique” here fool you, although his decorated chef and staff happily rise to the challenge of serving over 800 people at any large event, it does not mean that his clients’ tastes no longer matter. Unlike most other catering companies, Cooks and Trays do not rely on a list of preset menus or packages for its events. Clients are urged to sit down with the chef and discuss what they want, and together they create a unique menu from scratch based on the clients’ distinct palates and aesthetics. This type of customized and personalized service for a catering company that serves hundreds of people is a welcome change from the assembly line food you’re used to at large events.
