Ah, election time.
Summer is here, and the Lebanese are heading to the beach to drown out their worries with sunkissed tans and skimpy bikinis. No one's thinking about politics or elections—no one that is, but the politicians themselves.
Kick starting the first of the ridiculous posters is the infamous Samir Geagae, who's billboard, spotted near City Mall, reads "Don't ask who'll protect the Christians, the sky and the earth answer it's the 'hakim'." Barely sidestepping blasphemy, the billboard will probably be one of the tamer election ads we see in the coming months.
Despicable or hilarious? ....Why not both?
