As part of the Beirut Design Week 2013, Platform 39 is hosting a workshop by Magali Wehrung called “Lebanese Food in 2090”. Every society has been breeding recipes since several generations, adapting to human needs. Many of them have been forgotten or demoted by consumer as being out of fashion.
