For starters, we ordered three robust salads: the fattouch, the sucrine salad, and this baby—the tomato salad.
While all three were delightful in their own ways, it truly was the tomato salad that impressed. Bright red cherry tomatoes were served atop raisins, sliced red onions, pine nuts, and mint leaves in an explosion of flavor, texture, and a battle of sweet and sour dominance.
And if you don't like tomatoes, go for the red pepper-filled sucrine salad, which was almost equally as satisfying. The fattouch was brilliant too, and serves as a safe bet for those who want to stick to the familiar.
