With Salim’s experience as an agricultural engineer and Hiba’s expertise as an oenologist, they set out to create the best red wine Chabtine has to offer. By skillfully combining Cabernet Sauvignon, Grenache and Mourvèdre grapes and studying the unique terroir to learn when to harvest and when to not, their trial and error is now beginning to pay off.

The result is a superb new premium wine from this captivating village of Chabtine, made by two very passionate people whose first and foremost goal is to have the best wine at their own dinner table–which is always a good place to start.
