Domaine Skaff

Domaine Skaff is part of Nature Farms company which produces wine and olive oil. The non-irrigated vineyards and olive groves are located about 900m above sea level in Ammiq Bekaa Valley Lebanon. Planted in a clay and limestone soil, with an average rainfall of 600ml and almost 300 days of sunshine a year, Domaine Skaff uses no fertilizers or herbicides and grows some of the best gapes and olives in Lebanon.

The grapes and olives are hand picked at maturity. The Vineyard process is done the traditional way for the grapes; the olives are grinned by a grindstone and cold pressed once to produce an extra virgin olive oil.
