Nabise

Located in Mazraat Yachouh, Nabise Mount Lebanon is managed by its owner, architect Nazih Metni. In parallel with architecture, wine production has always been one of his passions. To realize the project, he chose a vineyard of two hectares that are 300-years-old in the village of Rechmaya – Caza of Aley in Mount Lebanon.

Metni soon began to plant the main noble grape varieties of French origin provided by nurseries Mercier, including Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc, Merlot and Syrah for red wines – Chardonnay, Sauvignon Blanc and Semillon for white wine. Culture and traditional methods are adopted for the work in the vineyard and in the cellar as well.
