Falougha Night Hike with Vamos Todos

Friday, Aug 23, 2013
7:00pm -> 11:30pm
Falougha

Join Vamos Todos as it takes you on an exciting night hike to Falougha.

Falougha is a quiet and serene village in Mount Lebanon. It’s an ideal summer resort, and is home to the first Lebanese flag ever erected in the country. Its main attraction is its 19th century Serail, with a splendid door that combines oriental and Italian styles.

The night hike in Falougha will be an easy hike with nearly no uphill slopes. You will start from the Cedar forest and hike in open spaces under the moonlight, which will clearly illuminate your path.

The most picturesque spot will be at Lamartine Rock, where the famous French poet, Lamartine, used to sit and get inspired. End the night with a cozy gathering around a bonfire to eat manakeesh, and roasted potatoes and drink hot tea.

Participation fee: 45,000 LL per person including transport, guides, and insurance.
