Mtein

Mtein is a village located in the Metn district. The importance of Mtein’s heritage (central square, old silk factory, old bridge, old winery, ancient olive oil, Mir Abi Lamaa tomb) has been recognized by the Lebanese government, who in 1957 issued a decree placing its historic sites under its protection.
