Devastating Photos from the Dahiyeh Blast

According to the Daily Star newspaper, a car bomb ripped Thursday through the southern Beirut suburb of Ruwaiss in Dahiyeh causing extensive damage in the area.

Caretaker Interior Minister Marwan Charbel said the latest death toll count stands at 24. Lebanese Red Cross official George Kettaneh said at least 284 people were wounded. Seven people remain missing following the balst.

Charbel says a suicide bomber may have been behind the deadly car bombing.
