As part of the Beirut & Beyond International Music Festival, Yukunkun will host a DJ set by Ziad Nawfal.
Ziad is the founder of the groundbreaking Beirut-based Independent label – Ruptured. He started spinning music in local Beiruti bars at the tender age of 18, and has played at the capital’s most renowned venues, from Babylone and Zinc in the 1990’s, to Club Social and The Basement in the 2000’s. He is currently a resident DJ at Momo’s at the Souks.
