Hussein Nakhal is an actor, director, and visual performer and co founder of the Waraq collective. After graduating in 2010 from the Lebanese University, the artist participated in various plays and short movies namely, “All That Mime” with Faek Homaissi, “Return To Haifa” directed by Lina Abyad, and the short movie, “Der Fotograf”, directed by Fuad Halwani.
He has also directed two interactive installation performances, one for adults which took place in a house, called “Nause, In Search of Any Transparency”, the other for youth and kids, called “Noun”, which will be showing in the “Nehna Wel Amar Jiran” yearly festival organized by Collectif Kahraba, on the 6th, 7th, and 8th of September.
