Join the 13th edition of the Beirut International Film Festival as it hosts a screening of “The Sun,” directed by Aleksandr Sokurov.
Synopsis:
The film focuses on Japanese Emperor Hirohito and Japan’s defeat in World War II when he is finally confronted by General Douglas MacArthur who offers him a deal to accept diplomatic defeat for survival.
