The Running Horse Contemporary Art Space and Raed Yassin are hosting a performance titled, “Remind Me to Dance, Smoke and Kiss” a live musical performance sountrack provided by Charbel Haber and commissioned especially for the exhibition Dancing, Smoking, Kissing.

Charbel Haber is a Lebanese musician, performer and composer. He is a co-founding member of the Lebanese post-rock group, Scrambled Eggs. He’s been an active contributor to the Lebanese free improvisation festival, Irtijal, since 2002, and is a core member of MILL (Musique Improvisée Libre au Liban). He is also, among many other endeavors, a founder of the experimental music record label, “Those Kids Must Choke” in Lebanon. The label has released six albums to the present day.

Haber’s latest CD release, Malayeen, is a musical tribute to Egyptian guitar virtuoso Omar Khorchid, released on Lebanese experimental label Annihaya Records, alongside musicians Raed Yassin and Khaled Yassine.
