Hiking in Mayfouk with Vamos Todos

Mayfouk is a Lebanese village in Byblos located about 60kim from Beirut. It is known as the village of honey, and a honey carnival is organized there every summer. If you wish to buy some of their local produce of fresh honey, you can do so after the hike.

Hiking in this village has a unique touch to it, rich with historical monuments, wonderful views, and diverse trails. There will be a two level hike, but both levels will start together, divide along the way, to meet again and divide one last time.

Meeting Place: 7:30 a.m. in the parking lot of Sagesse School in Jdeideh, facing the public garden.

Price: 45,000 LL per person including transport, guides, and insurance. (Please bring the exact change to facilitate and speed up the registration process).

What to bring: Bring some light snacks and pack your backpacks with, water, lunch, a hat, sunglasses and sunscreen. Wear hiking shoes or comfortable walking shoes.
