Tawlet Souk el Tayeb is offering a hands-on cooking class called, “Mai’s Asian Dishes” by Mai Honkoop-Nguyen.
The menu includes: Dumplings in soup and deep-fried dumplings. Roast ‘Golden’ Duck with hoisin sauce. Roasted bananas with coconut milk and mixed nuts.
