‘A Sophomoric Presentation Of The Indian Queen’ at LAU

Attend the performance, “A Sophomoric Presentation Of The Indian Queen,” directed and choreographed by Moe Khansa at LAU.

Two weeks of experimentation, along with selected workshops for performers and musicians by distinguished guest instructors, Yields in the creation of an abstract unscripted presentation of a non-existing story that precedes “the indian queen” (a semi-opera purcell died before finishing its music) . The story isn’t the story itself. The plot isn’t the plot of the story which doesn’t follow the story itself. The Troop worked on creating a series of physical images based on Themes, Moods, and music selections from “The Indian Queen” by Henry Purcell.
