Registration for Wine Tour by Vamos Todos

The tour will start with a visit to Chateau Khoury. Chateau Khoury is located on the eastern foothills of Mount Lebanon at an altitude ranging between 1200 and 1300 meters.

Ksara will be the next visit. The name comes from ksar (or fortress) because the current winery was the site of a fortress during the Crusader era. The winery is the oldest one in Lebanon, dating back to 1857. The natural caves and underground network (2 km) that lie directly under the Chateau Ksara estate serve as the place’s wine cellar. You will watch a documentary, visit the caves, and taste the wine.

Then you’ll go to Clos St. Thomas. Clos St Thomas has won four gold and four silver medals at high profile international wine competitions. It is a family-run winery. You will visit it, learn about wine making and get to taste its exquisite wine. Then you will go to Hotel Massabki in Chtaura. It is a four star hotel with vast gardens. Lunch will be served with soft drinks.

The last stop will be in Domaine des Tourelles. Winner of many international awards, it is the second oldest winery, founded by Francois-Eugène Brun in 1868.
