Cinephilia Screenwriting Lab for Shorts Beirut 2014

The Cinephilia Screenwriting Lab for Shorts will take place between April 21 and 27 in Beirut.

CISL for Shorts is a world touring lab founded by Cinephilia Productions, an independent film production house in New York. The lab is designed for filmmakers and writers originally from the MENASA region who are developing a narrative short film screenplay. The lab aims to develop original, visionary and daring voices in the art of screenwriting from the region.

The lab selects 8-10 participants who demonstrate originality in their proposed project and creativity in their application.

One participant will be awarded the ‘Best Screenplay’ Award.
The winning screenplay gets funded and produced by Cinephilia Productions.
