Coordinated Twin Blasts Rock Beirut

Twin suicide bombings killed at least four people Wednesday morning near the Iranian Culture Center in southern Beirut. The first blast reportedly went off around 9:20 a.m.

According to news reports, the blasts took place just 50 meters and 15 minutes apart.

Iranian interests were targeted just a few months ago in Lebanon. On November 19, 2013, two suicide bombers set off blasts in front of the Iranian Embassy, killing at least 25 people and injuring some 150.
