Registration for Maasser Batloun Hike by Vamos Todos

The Chouf region is by far the best in maintaining and preserving forests and nature. There are many villages that are rich in scenic spots and old historical places.

You will cross old bridges, walk along a water canal, along a river bank, and along a mountain ridge where views are spectacular. The trail is diversified; sections in bushy forests, and sections along partially asphalted or dirt roads.

The hike will be divided into three levels.

Where:
Maaser el Chouf, Batloun Mount Lebanon, Chouf. 750 m above sea level. 56 km from Beirut.

When:
Sunday, March 16.

Meeting Place:
7:30 a.m. in the parking lot of Sagesse School in Jdeideh, facing the public garden.

Price:
50,000 LL per person including transport, guides, insurance. (Please get the exact change to facilitate and speed up the registration process).

What to bring:
Light snacks that will boost up your energy such as dried fruits. Pack your backpacks with water, lunch, a cap, sunglasses and sunscreen. Don’t forget to bring a jacket.
