Attend Falastine 100%, “Make Food Not War” with Souk el Tayeb

Falastine 100% is a project by Souk el Tayeb in collaboration with Women’s Program Associations in the Burj el Barajneh camp with the support of Al Fanar. It aims to empower Palestinian women in Burj el Barajneh camp by reviving Palestinian culinary traditions and helping them create their own cooking and catering lines.

The Falastine 100% project includes cooking and capacity-building workshops. The project also supports the corporate identity creation for Falastine 100% cooking line: brand name, logo, label production and a menu development.

The project will kick off with a launching event taking place at Souk El Tayeb’s weekly farmers’ market followed by the regular participation of Falastine 100% at Souk El tayeb and Tawlet.
