Worst experiance, if u want the village silence it is not there because of neighbours dogs which barke all night long. The breakfast is poor. The floor is not clean. It requires another management. I wanted to enojy my vacation but unexpectedly it was a night mare

Beautiful vilage, good place, nice staff, but you cant sleep from neighbours dogs which barke all night long whixh make visitors go crazy. The vegitables were nit cleaned the table doe breakfast was poor nthing from village. Floor in rooms not clean. Garbage beside the place. It need better management and not to lie to customers. When i called haifa i told her i want to aplace relax and to hear birds and feel the breeze. What i got is their neighbour abou rashid dog barkes all night it was a nightmare ibwent crazy and i called on the phone no body replied. Worst hospitality

The place is just incredible, the staffs were so kinds and very addictive and committed to be nice in order create a lovely atmosphere; Except one thing unfortunately, which I've reported to the board management so they can do something maybe. The one who's managing nowadays the center (Samer Nasir) very rude guy and Impolite at all and doesn't respect anyone's rather himself. I've been coming to this place many times from a while to while just to have some time for myself and have some rest. However this time wasn't good at all because of this person and how he’s acting with his staff and with the customers as well. To be honest there was a guy he's called (Elli) who was supervising this place before (Samer). I do remember that my previous line manager, she’s now in France till now she’s still recommending people whom in Lebanon to visit this place. Anyway nothing stays the same, miserably. Sure I'll come back again to this beautiful place when I know this guy has left the place or the management did something to fix the situation. Eventually this was my own personal opinion and really sorry if I was a slightly offended but I didn't feel like how I used to feel before at all.
