If there's one guy who defines Lebanon's hip hop scene, it's Syrian-Filipino rapper Chyno.

Following his success in the regionally-renowned band, Fareeq el Atrash, Chyno is set to release his EP, “Making Music to Feel at Home," in July.

It is the 28-year-old’s seminal shout-out to anyone who knows what it’s like to feel disenfranchised and marginalized in the world. Now in his prime, the rapper takes his listeners on a journey through his personal and musical development, beginning in his home country of Syria, to his time in Beirut’s underground music scene and over to Spain where he lived for two years before returning to Lebanon.
