The Time Traveler by Rima Khatib and Pierre Hervouet

Come explore the Time Traveler Project, share with us your ideas, and learn new innovation techniques in this social entrepreneurship project through our workshops.

The Time Traveler is a Lebanese toy that visits our past, teaching children about our history. With its doll, stories, games and interactive website, children can learn about our culture and heritage through play and other educational activities. Designed by Rima Khatib and the project’s team, the toy will be produced by the women’s atelier of SOS Children’s Village.

The workshops’ main focus will be to share our work in progress and get participants to collaborate on its development through co-creation and innovation activities, hosted by Pierre Hervouet. Pierre is an Agile management consultant specialized in promoting approaches based on collaboration, innovation communication, and staff empowerment. He will lead the team members in sharing with the participants their multidisciplinary approach in the development of this product, through all aspects of its creation, from research, to design, to storytelling, and marketing. Participants will be asked to share their thoughts on the presented work-in-progress and propose new ideas through the Perfection Game and the Innovation
