For the month of July, Kitchenlab is taking you on a trip to the Mediterranean. You will find provincial, Italian and Greek menus, along with some citrus twists and cool fresh Californian ingredients.
They will also be giving wine tasting and wine pairing classes with Patricia Etel from “Sweet, Still & Bubbly” that will help you couple your dishes with wine.
