Tabbouleh is the most famous Lebanese traditional dish, and adopted by a number of gastronomes in the world. It’s a dish that unites, in a country torn by war.
This year, a big public gathering will happen at Souk el Tayeb in Beirut Souks, where there will be public tastings and competitions for the best Tabbouleh.
