This program is based on neuro-linguistic programming (NLP) concepts, tools and techniques designed for senior sales persons and commercial directors. Its objective is to give both the understanding and the practical techniques to manage relationships in a sales process. Building trust, it opens up the relationship between a client and company representative into fruitful business partnerships.
