Kornet el Sawda is the highest peak in the Middle East. It really is worth all the effort you put into getting there. The summit offers a huge panoramic view in all directions, and even Cyprus can be seen when weather conditions are especially good.

Meeting Location: The parking lot of Sagesse School in Jdeideh, facing the public garden.
Cost
$40 per person including transportation, guides, insurance. (Please get the exact change to facilitate and speed up the registration process).
What to bring
Snacks and lunch, water, a hat, sunglasses and sunscreen. Don’t forget a jacket because it gets cold in the shade. Wear hiking shoes or comfortable walking shoes.
