Meziara Summer Artist Residency Closing Night

Join Temporary Art Platform to conclude the artist residency that started on August 2 with this special closing event.

The participants Vikram Divecha (India), Axel Meunier (France), Patricia Barakat (Lebanon/Belgium), Laura Yuile (UK), Metasitu (Latvia/Spain), and Andrea Garza (Mexico) will guide you through the outcome of their research and work during the residency.

-“Assisted by Birds” sound installation by Axel Meunier
-“Meziara: The Suburb of an Invisible City” film screening by Metasitu
-“Meziara Architecture” video installation by Vikram Divecha
-“Borderline Redevelopment Disorder” video by Laura Yuile
-Drawing and Skipping Rope competition by Andrea Garza and Vikram Divecha

8:30 p.m.
-Music performance by Raed Yassin

9:30 p.m.
-Closing party at Hotel Meziara

Transportation from and to Beirut will be organized.
