Jounieh 7’s International Rugby Tournament and Launch Party

To celebrate the commencement of the 2014 Lebanese Club Rugby Union Championship, the Jounieh Spartans Rugby Union Football Club is holding an event that will also serve to present the winners of the “Sponsor a Spartan” competition.

The event will be full of fun and frivolity. Sponsor a Spartan seeks your help to encourage our players to stay focused and committed to their training especially their fitness and strength work.

Each Spartan will have an individual fitness program developed for them by Steve Pere, our resident Strength and Conditioning coordinator, which they will be required to complete from now until September.

This is where you come in. In order to help keep them on track, if you know a Spartan we ask you to please post a photo of you and them, tag yourself so we know who you are. You will officially be their sponsor and will be tasked to encourage them to work on getting fit and staying committed.
