“H’ombres” Vinyl Wall Stickers by Barbu Bejan

Barbu Bejan is a Franco-Romanian visual artist and scenographer who has been sailing for ten years between the Balkans, Western Europe and the Middle East.

Using a technique of paper collage, Barbu Bejan has been investing the walls and streets of the Mar Mikhail district for over a year now with his portraits, inspired by various urban encounters between Bucharest, Paris and Damascus. His bold lines create a quasi-obsessive geometry outlining a disturbing urban anatomy, and bringing out a city within the city.

As a result of the encounter with Plan BEY, these ephemeral portraits, which have been appearing and disappearing on the walls of Beirut, have turned into large-format vinyl stickers intended to invest more intimate spaces, your personal spaces.
