This month, take a whirl around the world with Thai and Indian cuisine from Chef Wael Lazkani creator and owner of Jai; Lebanese Traditional Cuisine and sweets from Rima el Khodr; Mediterranean cuisine from Dalal Kanj; Moroccan Cuisine from Toufic El Zein and Serge Maacaron; Italian cuisine from Isabella Baffa, homemade burgers by Rouba Khalil, pizza by Rayya Abou Ezzeddine and Sushi from Abed Kabrit.

On the Menu
– Hand cut smoked salmon tossed in a herb infused mustard sauce with fresh salmon and citrus supremes
– Fire Roasted Smoke Curred Salmon (Fillet of Salmon, Pan seared and over roasted under a blanket of smoked Salmon)
– Lemon Tart; crispy tart shell filled with a tart lemon cream sauce
