Launch of ‘Souks de Beyrouth 73-76 and Atlal’ by Watchi

The artwork approaches three points in time, in the life of artist and photographer Watchi: when he was a 20-tear-old in bustling Beirut in the 1970’s, at 40 years of age during the ravaged post-war climate of Lebanon, and today at 60-years-old. Three generations, three different realities, and a window into the present “tense” to live and remember.
