The Goethe-Institut Lebanon is proud to announce the launching of its first German Film Week edition, which is organized in cooperation with Metropolis Association.

Discover twelve award-winning new German feature films with seven movies coming from Berlinale 2014 directly to Beirut, among others Two Lives by Georg Maas, Beloved Sisters by Dominik Graf, Fack Ju Göhte by Bora Dagtekin, Love Steaks by Jakob Lass, Five Years by Stefan Schaller…

Special highlights not to be missed are: a glance on Volker Schlöndorff with the film The Ninth Day in the presence of its editor Peter Adam; the prescreening of the award-winning film Omar by Hany Abu-Assad;
Goodbye Schlöndorff a sound-image performance by famous Lebanese rapper Rayess Bek.
