Art Therapy For Children

This is a 10 session art therapy workshop for children between the ages of 8 and 12, offering a safe space and individual time for their self-expression and growth.

Through art making, play, movement and music, the children will have the chance to express their emotions, fears, and needs that are often not verbally expressed, and be guided to explore creative ways to deal with their challenges and build upon social skills.

Confidentiality is highly respected.
