Book Launch of ‘Beirut Cooks’ by Pascale Habis

Rawiya Editions is pleased to announce the launch of Pascale Habis’ new book, “Beirut Cooks.”

Author Pascale Habis introduces us to artists, creatives, writers, entrepreneurs and business people—cooks and food enthusiasts representative of a modern, vibrant and happening Beirut. The book goes beyond just recipes, giving us a glimpse into the lives of no less than 37 participants. They welcome us into their homes to share their homemade, personal recipes from all corners of the world, offering a taste of old and new, simple and complex, traditional and contemporary.
