On the occasion of World Food day, FoodBlessed and Slow Food Beirut are hosting the first Disco Soup in Lebanon.
You’re invited to a free party to chop, peel and prepare surplus fruit and vegetables to the sound of dance music, all with fresh ingredients that would have otherwise been gone to waste.
The aim of the event is to raise awareness of the unimaginable levels of food waste globally and to catalyse action by promoting delicious solutions to food waste.
