This month, the chef instructors will show you how to transform seasonal ingredients into a variety of classic winter favorites that your family and friends will love.

– Stuffed seared mushroom caps
– Grain fed black angus beef with Pomme dauphinoise and sautéed spinach
– Apple and almonds crumble
