Founders Day Ceremony at AUB

This event is in celebration of the 148th anniversary of the founding of the American University of Beirut on December 3,1866.

This year’s speaker will be:
Dr. Marwan Muasher, AUB Trustee and Vice President for Studies, Carnegie Endowment for International Peace

The ceremony will include an announcement of the winner of the Founders Day student essay contest. Students were invited to write about a time when they learned something important from an unexpected source.
