Macaroon Cooking Class at Kitchenlab

The year is ending and it’s time to prepare for the festive month of December.

This month, Kitchenlab will help you prepare delicious food for Christmas Eve, the morning after, and New Years with Rayya Abou Ezzedine, Karim Bibi, Rouba Khalil and Toufic el Zein.

Macaroons will also be festive this month along with other Christmas flavors.

In this class you will learn how to prepare a perfect French meringue with its ganache and butter-cream filling.
