Appetizer: Special selection of sushi, sashimi, and caviar nigri

Soup: Duo of lobster bisque and tom yam gum soup.

Between Courses: Fresh oysters with Ponzu ginger sauce and seabass tartar with sesame seeds and seaweed.

Main Course: Grilled beef tenderloin with grilled prawns skewers served with parsnip puree, potatoes and vegetable bundles, pak joy and Asian peppercorn sauce.

Desert: Special chocolate cake tailored by the French executive pastry chef Phillipe Chanut.
