‘Be Your Own Doctor’ Lecture at AUB

The AUB Wellness Program invites you to a lecture entitled “Be Your Own Doctor” to learn how to manage common illnesses like colds and flu, stress, constipation and diarrhea, and acute injuries (bites, burns, wounds).
