Tales of the Trio Live at Yukunkun

Tales Of The Trio is our Beirut experience translated into jazz. What we have to say is about where and how we live… and jazz has become an universal language that allows everybody, from east and west, north and south to express freely who and what and where we are, how we feel, and where we want to go in our dreams.

Jazz is such a powerful language not because it is owned by one nation (America) or one race (African-Americans), but because it has become(because of its roots in the struggle of the African-American experience) a music of universal liberation and search for equality, of self expression and communication between equals, as well as redefining interaction with the audience and society at large.
